Common questions
Do I need to download anything?
No for browser play. Teachers can also use the browser platform on desktop. Windows ZIP downloads are available from the home page.
Why does the teacher platform ask for a key?
The teacher key controls cloud actions such as managing classes, publishing, and reviewing results. It should be shared only with authorized teachers, never with students.
Why can't I connect?
Check your internet connection and try the page again. The current cloud API is hosted through a live server and tunnel, so it may be unavailable when that server is off. If the problem persists, contact us with the page and error you saw—without sending a teacher key or student details.
Can teachers import adventures in the browser?
Some file import and attachment workflows currently require the Windows teacher app. The browser teacher platform is best used in a desktop browser.
What should I do if a student loses progress?
Try the same browser, name, and class code, then ask the teacher to check student results. Do not send student names, answers, or teacher keys in a support email.
Adventure World is still being tested. Teachers should follow their school’s approval process before classroom use and avoid sensitive information in lessons or support messages.
